Duties
Lead design team by producing top level designs and mentoring/managing your own workload as well as by delegation of team members
Train and motivate other team members
Creation of BOM information w/in ERP system
Maintain database of drawing/design work w/in PDM System
Lead and implement continuous process improvement (CI) initiatives
Requirements
BSME or related degree
At least 5 years of experience w/highly engineered products. Metal Manufacturing environment is preferred. Must have 3D CAD experience, SolidWorks or Inventor preferred as company uses both packages.
Leadership experience with a track record of success
Proficiency with GD&TEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
