### Job Description
Summary: This individual is responsible for assisting initiatives of the Operations department by completing tasks associated with supporting the condominium review process, repair escrow process, DPA/Bond process and other projects as needed. Initiatives will include, but are not limited to, acting as a liaison between the company and third party service providers and researching data for various departmental needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Monitor and track the Condo Review process to ensure timely response times to requests and any issues that arise
2. Ensure all Condo Review requests are completed timely and accurately through WMC's third party service provider and/or written policies and investor guidelines
3. Obtain all necessary documentation to render a decision for all Cond Review requests
4. Act as a back up to Escrow Holdback reviews
Ensure all repair escrow work is completed within the designated time frame approved by WMC by effectively following up and communicating deadline dates with applicable parties
Obtain and review all necessary lien waivers and completion certificates, as necessary
Order property inspections through the appropriate channels, when necessary

5. Assist with the research, collection and maintenance of data for job aids and projects within the appropriate system and/or WMC Intranet
6. Collaborate with Specialty Operations Lead on all Bond/DPA program requests to ensure timely responses to inquiries and development of processes based on Sr. Management approval
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
1. Complete any additional duties assigned by manager.
2. Complete regulatory and compliance training, as required.
3. Assists WMC employees and departments as needed.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Prior industry experience is preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Excellent presentation skills. Good grammar and diction. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
