Conducts case file and record reviews for compliance and identifies opportunities for improvement or corrective actions.
Extensive standing, sitting, computer, phone, and deskwork required
work primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours, although flexible hours may be required
Interacts one on one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds;
Availability for occasional out of office meetings, conferences, and other events may be required
Travel may be required.
Demonstrate knowledge of quality assurance procedures and federal, state and local Coalition laws and mandates.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and knowledge of data management processes.
Demonstrate knowledge of eligibility determination processes and filing procedures.
Demonstrate good communication, telephone and customer service skills.
Be able to use telephone, calculator, copier, and personal computer.
Bachelor's / Associate's degree in human services, education, psychology, sociology, or related field.
Minimum of 2
years related experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
