Responsibilities
Build, design, and program robotic cells
Meet with customers (both internal and external) in order to ensure the robotic application is running correctly and is bug free
Troubleshoot robotic applications and develop strategies to reduce downtime
Develop relationships with suppliers and be a forward thinking technologist
Mentor less experienced employees
Qualifications
Software development experience in Python and/or C++.
Experience in Robotics and Automation equipment/languages such as Linux, Mat lab, Karel (Fanuc), KRL (Kuka), Rapid (ABB), ROS, OpenCV, labview Robotics Module
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Engineering Discipline and at least 3 years working with Robotics
Experience with PLC's , Allen Bradley preferred
Experience in architecture, specification and hardware design of motion control systemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
