External Job Duties
This position is a 2-year assignment located in Pewaukee, WI. Starting pay is $16.26 per hour.
The principal duties of this position are performing various types of clerical functions in support of electric and/or gas construction and the day to day operation of a service center. Examples of these duties are setting up and maintaining files for construction jobs; responding to customer and contractor inquiries; construction order processing; receiving and processing locate requests; clearing contingencies, investigating reasons for contingencies not being met and taking steps to resolve problems; verifying and maintaining records.
Other duties include providing support to the Customer Service Technicians; processing invoices and purchase orders; preparing correspondence and reports and various other general office duties.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
