Position
Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison for communication with field tech to fill customer requests Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and customer requests Receives customer orders/requests of high volume phones, fax or e-mail Maintains a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, etc.
