SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYSTWe are actively seeking a SAP Functional Analyst (S4 HANA) to join our growing team.
The SAPFunctional Analyst will serve as the IT liaison to the business and is responsible for leading and/or executing the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and operational support of the business functions.
SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIESEngage with our business Stakeholders in a Trusted Advisor capacity to strategically provide and match solutions to business needs.
Collaborate with the Stakeholders as a business partner with expert SAP knowledge as they initiate operating improvements.
Understand how the solutions impact business processes and organizational change management across the enterprise.
Facilitate business process reviews to gather expected business outcomes and functional requirements, document end-to-end processes and business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and create the configuration rationale to design and configure SAP applications.
Design, test and deploy the technical components required for successful SAP solutions, especially RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and testing;Work with the SAP Development team to unit test and deliver SAP Applications by defining and documenting reusable test scenarios, building unit test cases and creating data for unit testing as needed; participate in design and execution of system, integration and performance testing.
Participate in prioritization of work requests to deliver on business initiatives; create estimates for upcoming projects, minor and major enhancements.
Work with business analyst (peers) to architect cross-functional, integrated solutions across the enterprise to support.
Conducts problem analysis as needed.
Escalates complex issues for additional analysis and resolution as appropriate.
SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST ROLE REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 3 years' experience as in SAP S4 systemsStrong functional knowledge and experience in WM, SC, SD, PP or FICO are desiredSpecification of test scenarios and plans for functional and integration testsExperience creating functional specifications for RICEF objectsEffectively communicate difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writingWorking knowledge of integration between core S/4 and other line-of-business applicationsExcellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills; solid business analysis with the ability to effectively facilitate group discussion and build consensus.
Self-motivated and takes initiativeBachelor's degree in the field of MIS, Engineering, Computer science, or Business.
