Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing Assisted Living facility.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
A general knowledge of medical terminology and care procedures is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Assist with all aspects of an Assisted Living facility including marketing and general assistance with residents when needed - Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and organization - General knowledge of medical terminology a must
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a medical facility or in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in general computer programs - Knowledge of office management systems, equipment and procedures - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Previous experience in geriatric medical service is desirable We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
