Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager in Pewaukee, WI.
The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative assistance; accounts payable invoice coding and entry; accounts receivable draws on new homes, billing on remodel projects and lien waiver collection; change order entry and payment; assist with participation in events such at the Home Building & Remodeling Expos, Open Houses, etc.
; warranty work coordination; assist with property management, rental collection and invoice entry; provide exceptional customer service to clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in administrative assistance and office administration.
