5 Pewaukee, WI Pewaukee, WI Full-time Full-time $20 - $24 an hour $20 - $24 an hour The Financial Institutions (FI) Associate assists the FI team with CD placement, interest calculations, signer updates, account maintenance and other operations.
Work closely with FinOps to ensure timely and accurate bank account funding and balances.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately executes FI documentation including signature cards, resolutions, and online banking enrollment to ensure internal deadlines are met.
Assists in preparation of Investment Plans, with emphasis on term deposit pricing and structure.
Ensures compliance with ADM policies and procedures.
Assist with identifying opportunities to expand relationships with FI partners.
Assists with closure of accounts and ensures accurate documentation.
Complete weekly interest posting report timely and accurately.
Reconciles collateralized accounts, FHLB letters of credit, bank pledged securities, etc.
Assists with development of procedures to standardize functions within the department and organization.
Demonstrates professional conduct and interacts in a positive manner with co-workers, clients, and business partners.
Participates in ongoing professional development and training programs to further develop knowledge and skills.
Assists in all aspect of CD process, including rate collection and maintenance, reservations, placements, and maturities.
Documents conversations with Banks within our CRM system.
Performs other duties assigned.

Education and Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Communication Strong human relations skills to interface with staff at all levels inside/outside of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship management skills required, as this role interacts with staff at all levels.
Mathematical Skills Ability to apply the following mathematical concepts to practical situations:
fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
