This is an in-office position at our HQ in Pewaukee, WI.

Responsibilities:
Be the architect of captivating client communication strategies and social media plans that not only align with our business goals but also shake up the industry.
Take charge of our social media platforms, making them buzz with engaging, client-centric content that turns heads and builds our brand.
Be the friendly, professional voice proactively reaching out to and responding to comments, inquiries, and messages from clients across our platforms.
Create an avalanche of engaging, informative, and relevant content that resonates with our client base and keeps them coming back for more.
Join forces with our current marketing team, sales, product, and technical teams to align your groundbreaking client communication with the company's objectives.
Embrace the power of data, measuring and reporting on the performance of your initiatives, using the insights to refine and revamp strategies for maximum impact.
Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in social media platforms to ensure our strategies are always one step ahead.
Coordinate with the marketing team on SEO and SEM strategies, because who doesn't love a good collaboration? Foster and manage relationships with sales, the exec team and external PR and marketing agencies because it takes a village to be this awesome.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field because you're not just a rockstar, you're also a scholar.
2-5 years of experience in client communications and social media management, because practice makes perfect.
Impressive command over social media platforms and communication management tools, because this is your playground.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics, because numbers tell stories.
Stellar verbal and written communication skills, because words are your secret weapon.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and graphic design software, because creativity needs the right tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Artificial intelligence and ERP Systems is a plus, because the more you know, the better.
