We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to join our team.
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial concepts, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable - Process invoices and payments in a timely manner - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions - Prepare and file tax documents - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Conduct general ledger accounting and reconciliation - Generate financial reports for management review - Understanding of financial concepts and principles - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - We are open to training a college student who is pursuing a degree in Accounting and can work year-round.
