As the Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day fulfillment of purchase and rental orders in a fast-paced events industry.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Rental, Purchase and Demo Order Processing in a Time-Sensitive Industry:
Receive and process orders for audio technology products, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Programming:
Programming rental equipment to customer's specification.
This requires an ability to understand and embrace learning and troubleshooting our hardware and software technologies.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage audio technology product inventory levels, including restocking and coordinating with suppliers.
Shipping and Logistics:
Coordinate the shipment of audio equipment to customers and events.
Work with sales reps and shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries and returns.
Quality Assurance:
Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing audio technology products to ensure they meet established standards.
Keep rental inventory and workspaces clean and organized with equipment and tools in their proper homes to ensure the ease of processing orders Team Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient order processing.
Address customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and product information.
Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records for inventory, orders, repairs, shipments and invoices.
Stay Informed:
Take a hands-on approach to provide informed support and recommendations.
Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fulfillment or AV technology Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
Microsoft suite and computer skill proficiency.
Preferred familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
